Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello to the community.
I'm a newbie and I just set up my first Shopify e-shop. I tried to make a test order, and I just realized that in the checkout process, on the final step that it was going to calculate shipping rates, it only lets orders placed from customers located in the USA. If I select any other country (for example Greece - because that's my location), I get a message: "Shipping information is required. Enter your information here" and loops back to the shipping address information (which is correctly filled). No matter if you log in or proceed as guest, it ends up to the same result.
I have created one shipping zone that have all the countries I want to ship to (all with free shipping), but only USA is working!
The payment option is only PayPal because Shopify Payments are not available in Greece ( I don't know if this is a useful information... just saying)
Any ideas? Any help please?

I only ship to the US but I am now having this issue. A customer brought it to my attention. I had been able to go through the process fine one minute and then got the same error as them the next.
You enter your shipping info click next and then see the "Shipping information is required" error. When you click the "Enter your information" link, you end up in a loop.
Last time this happened something was accidentally listed as too much weight to ship but I just double checked that and it's all fine.
NO idea what's causing this.
@Shopifyif this is a glitch, we could use some help.
Having the same problem
Shopify please fix
UPDATE: Spent some time on chat with Shopify and they verified my shipping zones were right and there weren't any other issues. They said they were able to "fix" the issue (I didn't get details) and that my customer and I should clear our DNS and cache. My customer did this (I haven't yet) but he says the issue isn't fixed.
Haven't had time to circle back with Shopify.
There are a variety of causes for this bug. But, most likely, go to your shipping zones, you will see that not all services are enabled. First Class is enabled for USPS, for example, but you must also enable First Class International.

I'm integrated with Amazon warehouses through WebBee app. I'm showing the rates from Amazon and my customers are seeing the same problem in the secondary Shopify Market.
But all the shipping settings and shipping zones are okay. I'm not sure what could be the reason...
i have the same problem can you answer me if you solve it
Im having the same issue 😞
I am also having this issue. Shipping rates appear for the U.S. but not for any other country I try to add.
I am using a PO Box as my address for the shipping profile. My international customers brought it to my attention that whenever they try to purchase something, they just see the Shipping information is required. Enter your information here . message and cannot move forward with the process. They then are looped back to the information tab and they cannot move forward. I have shipping zones for Canada, France, the UK, and Gibraltar. None of these are working. Only the U.S. I tried creating custom shipping rates and those do not work either. I am having exactly the same issue as this person who made this thread and have no idea how to fix this problem. I try to add DHL and USPS International rates to each of these shipping zones but they do not populate for customers. Please help! It is now the case for my US shipping profile as well. One customer was able to purchase something earlier. Now nobody can see shipping rates.
I am experiencing the same issue. Domestic shipping works, but customers can't order from other zones.
I have the solution, go to market and select the shipping country, shopify changed the settings but did not warn us
This helped fix my issue. Thank you so much!
Go to 'markets' in your settings and activate international
@Cancellieri this worked! Thank you...I don't know why they changed it. Made me loose out on sales.
