Shipping Information will not load at checkout

I recently opened a new store and when I proceed to complete a test purchase, I am prompted to enter the required demographics but then I receive the following error: 

Shipping method

 

This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.

 

I have reviewed the shipping profile and it seems to be correct.  I currently only have the Etsy listings listed in my shopify store, so I am wondering if something within this listing is causing this.  PLEASE HELP BEFORE I CLOSE MY STORE!

I understand that you are having issues shipping your products to the address that was entered. This could occur for several reasons. My first suggestion would be to ensure that your shipping rates are available for that specific location. Feel free to check out our Shipping Profile guide to ensure that your shipping rates are set up correctly for every product. If you are still having issues, you will also want to make sure that you have inventory stocked to this location. We have a detailed guide that goes over this here

 

If you are using a third-party app to sync your products through Etsy, then it's also a good idea to review their documentation or reach out to the developers directly in order to confirm that you have completed the shipping integration correctly. You can find this information in the Support and Contact sections of the product listing on the Shopify App Store
