Shipping is only available in USA

Hello,

I have a problem regarding shipping. When I move forward to the checkout page, The only option shown is USA, but from the admin panel, I am delivering to several countries such as Canada, the UK,

 

 

etc. Could you tell me please, what can be the problem?

Welcome to the Shopify Community! Thanks for reaching out here with your query, and for providing those excellent screenshots.

I understand you are experiencing an issue where you have added shipping rates for various regions that you wish to ship to, but customers are only seeing the United States as an option in the checkout. From what I can tell, you have indeed set up rates to include Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States - well done.

The reason why those other destinations are not showing in the checkout is likely because you have not enabled those regions in Shopify Markets. By default, only the primary market is enabled, and the international market is inactive. This means that customers in countries other than the primary market can’t check out until you activate those other markets.

To fix this and to start selling to other countries within the international market you will need to do the following:

1. From your Shopify admin navigate to Settings > Markets.
2. Click Manage beside the market that you want to activate (most likely International).
3. Click Activate market.

I trust that after you do this, you should see other locations besides the United States in the checkout, however please do let me know if you are still experiencing difficulties with this and I would be happy to troubleshoot further with you here.
