Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have backpacks on my site. When someone orders 5 bags it doesn't calculate the shipping property. It only calculates 1 product worth of shipping
I may need to send a bigger box if they order multiple bags, will the shipping label still work if someone bulk buys 5 bags and I need to use a bigger box to fit it?

This is a great question, and one that a lot of new merchants ask and look into.
On our standard plans (Basic, Shopify, Professional) you are able to choose one default package size to be used to calculate the shipping costs at the checkout. I would recommend that if most of your orders are larger that you use the larger size packaging option instead of the smaller one as the default package size. There are some possible workarounds you can use as well to help flex the shipping costs to cover various order sizes.
I've also shared your feedback about having multiple package sizes for shipping rates with our developers to consider.
