Shipping label error says Shipping address not recognized by USPS. Shipping UPS and it's valid

I'm trying to ship to a customer that has a valid address- I've checked in google to make sure.  I even called UPS to confirm I had correct, valid address.  Still- won't let me print or bypass even with editing customer address and shipping address (even though they didn't need it). This is a hospital! Please help.
