Shipping label error with product weights

Hi there!

I have gone through and added product weights for every variant in my store. As I go to Orders and fulfillment and chose an order to fulfill, the product weights for the variants are not showing up in the page for shipping label creation. 

I clicked each variant and double checked that the weights were listed on the product page, which they are. 

Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix this issue?

I'm having the same problem.  The weights are all entered for product variants but they do not show up when I go to order page, create shipping label.  The product weight is blank.

Anyone have an idea?

 Are you using any third-party shipping carrier app?

Which shipping carrier are you using to generate the shipping labels?

Shipping carriers like FedEx, USPS, UPS might fail to print and generate shipping labels because of authentication errors.

Please let me know regarding these queries.

We're having this same issue, and primarily ship with USPS. We use the simple shipping tool in the Shopify Debut theme. Thanks for any help you can offer!
