Shipping label looks different and unscannable barcode at USPS scan station. Help!

Hey all!

When I print my labels they come out looking completely different from the test print label (like an ordinary envelope style) and are not accepted as an easy scan at USPS. I have to personally hand them in at the counter.  Does anyone know how to fix this without using a 3rd party shipping?

hi @RGLProducts @Ktmac did you try any other way to print USPS shipping labels on Shopify?

I recommend trying our Multi-Carrier Shipping Label app to print USPS shipping labels. I have not encountered this issue from any Shopify business owners using our application to ship with USPS. You can try it out free of cost for 14 days and let me know if the label issue is resolved.

Thanks @UjjawalS It was only giving me one way unfortunately. When I spoke with shopify they said it could have something to do with the weight not being accurate enough or the address not being "correct" in the system. I am just using shippo for now @RGLProducts Have you tried that too or were you able to a solution?
