Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi everyone,
I want to modify my shipping costs. Is it possible to do the following? I have a product for which I want the shipping cost to be 4000 in Chile if they buy 1 or 2 units, and if they buy between 3 and 4, I want the cost to be 6000. Can a tiered logic like this be created, or is it not possible?
Thanks to everyone.
Gustavo
hi @Gustavo98 I think I might have found a similar question in the community and unfortunately, native Shopify shipping does not allow you to set up quantity-based shipping costs. It offers weight and price-based shipping costs as mentioned in this community thread: https://community.shopify.com/c/payments-shipping-and/how-to-add-shipping-rate-as-per-item-quantity/...
Hi @Gustavo98 - Shopify natively wouldn't allow tiered shipping costs based on quantity. However you can give a go to thrid party shipping apps that allow you to setup custom rate table based on quantity. You can take a free trial of ShipperHQ and explore the features.
@Gustavo98 I can confirm that unfortunately Shopify default shipping settings don't allow to set quantity-based shipping rates. Consider using a 3rd party shipping app such as Calcurates that has this flexibility.
