Shipping matters

Hi everyone! Good day to you, I can see that the shopify account has a courier UPS, will they collect the parcels from my address and ship it internationally for me? Also i can only choose for locations, are these locations for collection of my parcels for delivery or 4 countries i can choose to deliver the parcels? Thank you for your help in advance
