shipping method not working

hello i just started my shopify store i set up everything but i am facing problem in my shipping method when i was checking my products setting i figured out it says free shipping for some countries while enter shipping address to view shipping methods for others and when i was trying to enter an address it wasn't letting me to is it because i was checking my own product and it will allow the customers to enter a shipping address

Could you clarify with us if you are receiving any specific error message when you attempt to complete the checkout? Also, are you wanting the products to have free shipping available? I am just trying to get a better understanding of this so I can assist you accordingly.

Yes I do want it to be free shipping but I just want to know will my
customers be able to buy the products when the add their address and
checkout maybe there's an error bec i m checking the product and obviously
I don't know the addresses in other countries so can it be bec of that

payment method as i live in KSA which payment method can I use ?
