Shipping methods not displaying

I have a problem with my Shopify store, despite setting up all the zones' market and custom rates, when I try to check out I still don't see the shipping details or calculations. check the screenshot below

Please try a few simple cases using Shopify flat rate shipping without any complicated weight, price, or zone conditions.
