Shipping Multiple Products

Hi, when adding multiple products to a cart the shipping cost remains quite similar to the cost of one.  I even added in 4 more and the cost slightly decreased.  What am I doing wrong? Thank!

May I know how you have set up your shipping profiles and rates? I hope the issue is with the shipping profile set up.
