Shipping Not Available to a Valid Address in the U.S.

I have a customer trying to place an order but keeps getting the same message:

 

"

Shipping not available

 
Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address."
 
The address comes up as a valid address in Google and I have Shipping rates for shipping to the U.S. and internationally and have done so successfully in the past.  
 
Please help.  I have read a lot of threads about this very problem and still can't seem to find a resolution.

As you may have gathered there are many posts regarding this shipping error in our forums, so it's difficult for me to pinpoint which steps you may have already tried. As such, I do recommend getting in touch with our Live Team directly for a closer look at your shipping settings and personalized assistance.

 

With that being said, make sure that you have already completed all the steps in this related thread written by my colleague. That will ensure that nothing is missed and that the Live Team has a better idea of which steps have been attempted.

  I have walked through all of the steps in the thread you provided a link to in your response. This has not made any difference.

It's challenging to offer a solution without knowing the specific address you used and not seeing your settings.

 

If you're certain that no changes were made on your part and this issue appeared suddenly, I recommend contacting Shopify Support with all the necessary details to replicate the problem.

Hi Mirdas,

 

  The U.S. address is valid and all of my settings are correct at my end.  Also, the address is verified with Google and Canada Post.  I have shipped to the U.S. many times.  This is a new problem and I need it resolved.  Please help.
