Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
When our customer goes to the Check Out the only shipping option is our free shipping. USPS nor UPS rates and options are not displayed for the customer to choose other shipping like Next Day Air or Express Shipping. Why are the other methods of shipping offering in the Check out?

There are a few different reasons why your shipping rates may not appear in the checkout. Are you able to send me a screenshot of your shipping rates/settings and your URL so I can test this on my end?

Not working for me either. When i change the condition, it goes back to these default metrics.

We have a troubleshooting guide available here that I recommend you follow along with to see if any of these suggestions help fix the issue.
