Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
When customers are adding physical and not physical products to their cart, shipping is being calculated on both. I have marked the non physical items as “This is not a physical product” and have also set up a shipping rate profile for the physical products. Pretty new to Shopify so not sure how to correct this.

Would you be able to tell me which products you're testing along with your store URL? I'd like to troubleshoot this for you.
As for the non-physical product, do you have an application linked to its set up such as Digital Download?
Please provide more context and I'll gladly investigate this for you.

With those two product links, I went ahead and added them both the my cart and, as I went to checkout, the only shipping option available to me was Local Pickup. Considering my address is in Canada, there's likely some adjustments we can make to your shipping settings.
Can you send me a screenshot of the shipping zones and rates you have set up? We can start with assessing the physical products first then head to the non-physical ones.
As for Digital Downloads, the application is free and quite simple to work with. It allows you to add a file attachment to a product in your shop. This means that once the non-physical product is purchased, your customer will automatically receive a download file link when the order is complete. My thought on how this could work for your business would be to have a PDF or doc/sheet that includes instructions for the class along with the zoom link - provided that this link remains the same everytime session.
