Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
So I have an online store that sells hats shirts and other gear.
my shirts, shorts, and other accessories come from Printful. Since Printful has below average hats I have hats that get shipped from someone local who makes a better quality hat. My problem is when a customer orders a product and pays for shipping Printful gets that not my local hat manufacturer. How do I switch it to where my local manufacturer is receiving the customers payment for shipping instead of Printful. Or if a customer orders a shirt and a hat in the same order it’s coming from two different places how does the shipping get divided correctly amongst both parties. Now I am having to eat the shipping fee and losing money because I am paying for shipping twice. How do I fix this ?
Hi Cade,
You can assign each product to its respective supplier (Printful for shirts and hats and your local manufacturer for hats). This will allow you to set up separate shipping profiles for each supplier. When a customer orders items from both suppliers, the shipping cost will be calculated and charged accordingly by each supplier.
