Hi @dipshop

Thank you for sharing the error message you are seeing. This can be caused by a range of issues with the Shipping rates or product details, I can give you a list of the most common causes for this so that you can check them out.

Firstly, are you able to replicate this issue on your end? If yes, please check these settings/options within your admin:

  • Does it affect certain products, or all products?
    • Double check that product weight settings and weight format is correct.
    • Confirm the default package size and weight is appropriate for the shipping rates you have available.
  • Does it affect all shipping destinations, or specific ones? (Country? State? Province?)
    • If you use a flat rate fee (not calculated) or a free shipping rate, does it then work? If yes, we know the issue is with the shipping rates provided by the carrier and the order weight/size based on package.
  • Confirm that your shipping rates don't have gaps in coverage. Example: Orders under $99 = Shipping $2 + Orders over $100 = Shipping $5. This setup leaves a gap of .99 between $99.00 and $100.00, any orders that fall between the two rates have no shipping options at checkout.

If you are still not able to find the cause for the error message please reach out to our authenticated support for further help with this. To access our live support, please follow this link: Shopify Help Center. Next, you will want to follow the on screen prompts to sign in, choose your topic and issue and at the bottom of the help articles provided will be all available live support options.
