l'm experience a problem with my shipping I have custom shipping rates made on my store which is free but when it comes to check out it says you can't buy due to store not being able to ship out please can someone help with this problem thank you.  I have never had it before and have had previous stores before this

It sounds like there may be an issue with your shipping settings. A few things to check:

  1. Shipping Zones & Rates – Make sure your shipping zones cover the countries/regions you want to ship to. If no valid rates are available, checkout will be blocked.
  2. Product Shipping Profiles – Check if the affected products are assigned to a valid shipping profile with active rates.
  3. Address & Location Settings – Ensure your store's shipping origin is set correctly and that your fulfillment locations are enabled for shipping.
  4. Shopify Plan Limitations – If you're using a third-party carrier, ensure your Shopify plan supports custom shipping rates.

If everything looks correct and the issue persists, Shopify Support can check your settings in more detail. Hope this helps!

It looks like you may have created multiple shipping profiles under Shopify → Shipping & Delivery Settings. This error typically occurs when no shipping options are assigned to the country or shipping zone where this product is configured.

To resolve this, please check your Shopify Shipping & Delivery settings and ensure that shipping options are added to all the necessary zones where you want the rates to be displayed at checkout.
