Shipping problems

Anyone else having problems shipping? I have been back-and-forth with shopify for months and they still can’t fix the problem. It says that they don’t I don’t offer shipping anywhere. Or else it’s just second day air. Finally am offering free shipping in the United States as they can’t seem to fix the problem. Curious if anyone else has that problem and was able to fix it on their own as shopify doesn’t seem to be able to.
