Shipping Profile works for customer but not for shipping label making

So I'm using the "general shipping profile" for my shop with all of my products (with the weight) included. A customer brought one of my products and selected economy shipping. Now when trying to print a shipping label, 'Economy' isn't appearing as a choice, and the shipping price is higher. Can someone explain this to me please?

Hello @CC101,

 

Flat rate shipping configured under the General shipping profile will not be the same as the exact carrier services and costs for the actual shipment label generation.

 

If you need it to be exactly the same, then you are required to use Carrier Calculated Shipping rates at checkout.
