Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi.
I have two shipping profiles for my shop: One that is price-based, and another that is weight-based. Both work as expected when a cart only contains items from each profile, but when the cart contains items from both profiles, the expected combined "Shipping" rate does not appear. All that the customer sees are overnight options from USPS and UPS. So it seems that is it missing the shop's calculated rate, as well as another carrier rate that is present in both shipping profiles.
Any tips on this? Unfortunately this is a big issue for our shop, and after reading the Help Center Shipping Profiles, it just seems like there is a bug, as the expected behavior of just combining the shipping costs would be ideal.
