Shipping rates based on payment method

Hey there

Is there any way or app to change shipping rates based on payment method? Like; i want to give free shipping for online payments. And 5$ for manual payment methods. Is this possible ? Any advice?

I am also searching for a solution to such scenarios, but no luck so far 😞

Neither Shopify rules, nor shipping apps, nor custom coupons, discounts or fees... nothing...
