Shipping rates based on weight not working at checkout

Hello,

 

I am wondering if anyone can help me please. I have a category of products in my shop that i can only ship internationally if I use a tracked service. I have set my shipping rates by weight so that if one of these products is added to an international customer's cart then they should only be offered tracked shipping. For all other international carts without one of these products, customers are offered both the standard or tracked options. 

 

I have done this by setting the shipping rates by weight, any product that can ship without tracking has it's weight set to 5lb and anything that requires tracking is set to over 201lb (I created large margins so customers can add as many of the items that can ship without tracking to their carts and still be offered non tracked shipping)

 

However, despite the weights being set like this and the shipping options being set with conditions, the carts that 'weigh' over 201lb are still offering the non tracked shipping as an option when it should just be trackedScreenshot 2023-07-20 at 11.53.59.pngScreenshot 2023-07-20 at 11.54.07.pngScreenshot 2023-07-20 at 11.55.10.png. I can't see what I'm doing wrong here!

 

Screenshots attached of the settings I have for the tracked only service, my international settings and the cart which has one of these items that should only have the tracked option and not the standard too (I have used an international address to test)

 

My product weights are all correct as per the shipping conditions.
