Shipping rates calculator before checkout?

I am a new small business and I ship products worldwide. The shipping rates depend on the weight of the parcel and where in the world it is being sent, and I have set up shipping profiles to work this out for customers at checkout. However, I know myself how annoying it is to have to go through the checkout process just to check the shipping rates and feel this may put off customers.

I am on the basic plan. Is there a way to add a shipping rates calculator (by country) on the product page? I suspect this is something I may need to connect to a Shopify Expert about as I have little knowledge of HTML.
