Shipping rates for 2 products in separate boxes

We are switching our store from BigCommerce to Shopify and I had a shipping question.

Most of my products are under 10# and it is fine to calculate the shipping as a single box with the combined weight. I have 2 products that weigh 50# each. If a customer buys 2 or more of these products we need to ship them in separate boxes. Is there a way to set this up in Shopify? With BigCommerce I used a software  that allowed me to mark it as "pack separately" and the shipping rate would be calculated as 3- 50# boxes instead of a single 150# box. This makes a difference on the shipping rate.

Any suggestions?
