Hello,

I have 1 game shipping pricing set at $6.95 with a weight range of 0 - 1.5 lbs and in the product section I have one game's weight at 1.5 lbs. I have 2 games shipping set at $9.34 with a weight range of 1.6 - 3 lbs.

When I try to checkout 1 game, the $6.95 price doesn't show. Only the $9.34 price shows. Im having this problem with all my shipping rates. Its not calculating the weight correctly and is always rounding up.

Can somebody help?

@turtlelionowl the configuration you have shown seems to be correct. If the rules are based on 0-1.5 lbs and 1.6-3 lbs, then the shipping cost will be displayed accordingly. However, I recommend you check the product configuration once again to verify it is the correct product with the correct weight [1.5 lbs].

In Shopify, shipping rates are calculated inclusive of the upper limit of the range. So 1.5lbs will be included within the range 0-1.5 lbs. So please check this and share your findings.
