Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
The shipping rates appearing on my test orders are not the rates that I have set up - it appears to be a flat rate of $20. I have a general profile which has a rate of $15 and then have synced all my products to custom rates which varies by location, but these are not pulling through at checkout - what am I doing wrong?!
When products from multiple shipping profiles are added to the checkout, shipping rates will be combined. Please verify this.
If no rates are displayed at checkout, I have created Shopify Checkout Rate Troubleshooting Steps. I hope this helps.
Hi,
There are multiple shipping profiles which are location based, this order is all going to one location. The shipping origins are all correct. And a combined rate still wouldn't be this pricing even if it was combining.
The shipping is showing in checkout of $20, regardless of location, however this rate isn't anywhere in my set up profiles or default?
Please check if your product weight is correctly set (with the correct unit) since your rates use weight condition (0 - 10kg). Shopify might be using the backup rates if the weight condition is not satisfied.
