Shipping Rates not Showing when using General shipping rates + Custom shipping rates

Hello everyone,

I was wondering If someone could help me solve why my shipping rates simply show up as "shipping" when a customer attempts to checkout with products that have different shipping rates. Individually, these products show their correct shipping rates. But when combined in the same checkout, they only show "shipping". Is there any way to make their separate rates show up when they are combined in the same checkout?

- This product has custom shipping rates.

 - This checkout is a combination of a product with custom shipping rates and products that are in general shipping.

- All these products are in the general shipping rate.

When your products are in separate shipping profiles, it will combine the shipping rates at checkout according to a number of different factors, including the names of the shipping rates under each profile among others.
