Shipping rates not working properly when discount is applied

Hi,

We have an on going promo in our store using automatic discounts and also a Free shipping promo when the order price is above Php 3500.00. We encountered an issue that when the customer buys, without discount it's more than Php 3500.00 so the Free shipping should be applied, but after the discount is applied the total is less than Php 3500.00 and should have a shipping fee but it still gives Free shipping. We used an app Better Shipping (https://apps.shopify.com/better-shipping) for the Shipping rates and conditions.

Is Shopify still considers the Total Price instead of the Total discounted price?

I have this same problem. We use Delivery Rate by Zapier Ltd.

Unfortunately, shipping apps based their condition on price before the discount. So even if there's a discount, they will still consider the total price before the discount.
What I did was remove the price condition in the app and do the shipping rate in Shopify.

What do you mean by " do the shipping rate on Shopify"?
In our case we use zip code to create zones and create the rate depending
on the zipcode. So I am not sure how it will pan out.

Shipping zones that's triggered by zip codes should be created using the app. Then for shipping rates that's triggered by total order price should be created in Shopify.
