Shipping service for Meal-plan company using Shopify

I found out that by using shopify-provided shipping available services and even API-connected services like Fedex, UPS, etc. is not the best rate for meal plan company that i am in the process of building up.

The meal-plan requires freshness, and within 2-3 day arrival. 

Do you know any kind of service that is designed for meal-plan delivery?

I'd appreciate very much for your suggestion!
