shipping settings

I used to have shipping over $50; however, I changed it to free shipping for the holiday season, and now I can't manage to change it back. Otherwise, the system wouldn't calculate shipping for anything under $50. 

I removed and reinstalled the app I am using, Korealy but still no luck. Nothing resets.

Has anybody experienced this and can help with the issue?

Regarding the issue with the store, when you use a third-party app to calculate shipping fees, even if you delete the code, it will still be stored in the theme when you install the app. You should contact the app's support to resolve this issue.
