How can I fix a shipping setup issue on my new online store?

Hi everyone! I’m new to shopify. I really have a hard time figuring out about shipping. I have an item that if you purchase it I offer free shipping. For example: Free shipping with a purchase of Box Exclusive ( my main product). I have added it in the shipping that it’s free however when I tested to checkout and added a box and a shirt, the shirt was calculated at checkout. Customer will be confused coz my announcement is free shipping with the box exclusive purchase. Please HELP! How do I go through the settings?

Seems like you configured more than one shipping profile. However, before suggesting you some changes, it will be great if you share some of your shipping setup screenshots for a better understanding.
