Shipping to Europe from UK, Brexit rules

I need to ship to Europe, since Brexit I have stopped due to the stupid rules.

What is the easiest way to get this set back up?

I know there are Vat rules.

Does Shopify have an easy way to get me set up again?

I only send Mugs, T-Shirts, Dvds etc.
