Shipping to Guernsey & UK Crown dependencies

Hi I have a store that can ship to the UK and to UK Crown dependencies.

The problem is customers in the UK Crown dependencies like Guernsey can still select UK shipping! Why Guernsey is not in the UK. It like customers being able to select France when their postcode is England.

The problem is shipping to UK Crown dependencies is very expensive.

How do I set up shipping rates to UK Crown dependencies, without them just being able to select UK. In fact the UK is automatically selected.

Please help.
