Shipping to Mexico

Good Afternoon,

We are look for a reliable shipping service to Mexico from the USA where the package actually arrives lol.  We sent something to a customer through DHL and the shipment was a nightmare; Mexican Customs opened it and tried to get an import license from our poor customer.  Our tops and soon to be available low rise leggings) cost about $25-35, so we would prefer a service that no more than $30 so our customers can afford to pay it.  Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
