Shipping within UK

Hi there,

Is there seriously not a workaround in place yet for separating shipping within the UK to exclude the Islands etc? 

I've been advised to use an app, which would be approx $8-10 per month but when you actually try to install the app, turns out you have to upgrade to Shopify Advanced or Plus, or change to an annual subscription in order to use, so actually it's more like $29 per month additional. 

I saw this raised years ago as an issue on the forum. Have you really not added this feature as of yet, it's extremely common in the UK so exclude Northern Ireland and Islands from shipping due to the excessive cost. 

Any better options?
