Shipping Zones / Eastern Canada & Western Canada

I setup 2 warehouses - 1 in British Columbia and the other 1 in Ontario (Canada). Everything West of Ontario ships from the BC warehouse and everything East of Ontario ships from Ontario website. Within Shopify, I can set up the provinces as just described for each. I am using ClickShip (APP) to obtain real time shipping rates. When I split up the provinces as described, the BC order displays that shipping is not available - even though it is setup to get shipping rates from ClickShip. The Eastern Canada warehouse is able to pull the shipping rates correctly. What I am doing wrong?? Thanks.

Kindly check if your rates are configured for the British Columbia shipping zone. And since you are using an app for fetching rates then check if Carrier Calculated Shipping rates is enabled or not.
