I am trying to do international shipping for my store, but once i put in the zone and add the rate it still does not work. I try to go on my store myself through my phone in the POV of a customer and it still only lets me select US domestic shipping, even though i put another shipping zone and rate too. I need help because i have people that want to order from me internationally and i don’t know how to solve this issue.

Hey @tteotclothing

I can see this is your very first post in the Shopify Community - you are most welcome here.

I understand you are experiencing an issue where customers can only select a US shipping address in the checkout, even though you have added shipping zones & rates for other locations.

You mentioned 'I put in the zone and add the rate it still does not work' - It sounds like you have already completed setting up your shipping rates in the Settings > Shipping & Delivery section of your admin but if not, you can refer to our help documentation here about how to set up shipping rates, and ensure that each location you want to ship to has a rate available.

Once you have confirmed that your shipping rates are set up and look good, I would recommend double checking the Settings > Markets section of your admin. In particular, you should double check that each market you intend on selling to is Enabled. By default, the International Market is inactive, so you will need to enable this. Customers who's country is not in an active market can’t check out until you activate that market - this section can have a direct impact on the locations that are available to customers in the checkout. More information on Markets here.

I believe that should fix this issue for you, but please do let me know if it does not and we can continue troubleshooting here. Are you new to Shopify? With Black Friday/Cyber Monday (BFCM) just around the corner, now is a good time to ensure you have any necessary preparations in place. Feel free to check out this blog post here which is a great starting point!
