Some of our shipments that get fed from Shopify to ShipRush aren’t bringing the tracking numbers into Shopify once shipped in ShipRush. We’ve noticed it’s always an order from a 3rd party platform like Amazon where the SKU on Amazon doesn’t match the SKU in Shopify.
how do we import the tracking numbers for ALL shipments? Shopify feeds the order over to ShipRush with no problem at all. But it’s not feeding the tracking number back to Shopify. Isn’t there a setting somewhere to tell ShipRush to send over tracking based on Invoice numbers (these always match). But we are having problems with a few items where the SKU isn’t found in Shopify.
