Shipstation not fulfilling orders

When I create a label for an order in Shipstation, I expected it would tell Shopify to fulfill the order. I also expect that once Shipstation fulfills the Shopify order then the Shipping Confirmation email would also include the tracking info. 

 

Both of these items are not happening when I print the label in Shipstation. Anyone have any guesses as to why?

Same issue I had yesterday too. Not sure why its not fulfilling on the Shopify end.

When i ship through shipstation, it fulfills items on shopify but doesn't send notification.  Shipstation does.  Tracking becomes a note on the order but it is fulfilled.  

 

I don't know if there is a solution with the issue, but around the beginning of this month,  something happened with shopifys' shipping settings. I fulfill from shopify, but the tracking number became notes and did not let customers know about items being shipped. It wasn't working for like a day.  

 

It could have something to do whit a bug that shopify had. There were many incidents on the shopify status page at the end of Nov, and beginning of Dec.

I ended up going under the shipment section and checking off the orders then selecting to notify marketplace. Its still hit and miss so I actually only use ShipStation now for FedEx shipments. I have been using Pirate Ship which is good for USPS shipments.

I'm also currently having the same issue.

 

I learn from ShipStation that the marketplace (in this case, Shopify) is notified, and that should kick off a chain where Shopify receives the tracking notification and other information from ShipStation and Shopify should use that to send a shipping confirmation email but I can't seem to find why Shopify doesn't send the Shipping notification at all. The standalone test shipping email feature seems to be working just fine but when going from ShipStation, it doesn't work. 

 

Does anyone have a solution or a workaround to this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have the same problem with Shopify and Shipstation. There is no Shopify "shipping confirmation email"

Did anybody solve the problem?

I am having the same problem. Shipstation used to fulfill my orders on Shopify after I create the shipping label, but now it stopped. 

Shopify can you help us?
