Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Shopify deactivated my shop balance card due to inactivity because I started my website a little while ago but never really took off with it. I finally got my business up and running and have been receiving multiple orders just to not be able to fulfill them because Shopify support can’t reactivate my card and keep telling me to wait for their “dedicated team” to email me. It is now day 4 and I still haven’t heard anything and I have no way of paying my vendor from the orders to fulfill them. I am frustrated because no one has any answers for me and I am left having to wait until they deposit it into my bank account which will take days from the time the customer orders & will cause delays on delivery. This is insane and I wish I never even started my website with them if I knew I would run into something like this and not be able to get help.
