Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I have a question about an order cancellation and refund.
I ordered 2 items from a shop and paid with my credit card but the items weren’t shipped a month later(I asked the shop owner 3 times) so I sent the shop owner a message again on Instagram and he got angry and cancelled my order.
In the email, it says
“Your order has been canceled
Order #20638 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.”
But under the item name, there’s a yellow “Refunded” so I’m worried if he’ll really refund.
I’m gonna wait a while until I get a refund but should I contact my bank if I won’t get my money back?
The shop owner hates me and I hate him too so I don’t think he’ll refund.
to people who’s got a refund, how long did it take until you got it?
I got a refund today. It took 2 days since I got a cancellation email
