shop cannot print shipping labels?

It was working fine, now I have to wait til shippingops at shopify gets back to me. This would happen why??

Unable to purchase shipping labels:

Your shop cannot purchase shipping labels. Please contact shipping-ops@shopify.com to resolve this issue.

Sorry to hear that you ran into an error when purchasing shipping labels. I understand you’re waiting to hear back from our Shipping Operations team. Have you heard back from them yet?

 

There may have been a temporary interruption with fetching shipping rates from the certain couriers. However, I can confirm that our Technical team has resolved the issue. That said, are you still experiencing the same issue with purchasing shipping labels? 

 

If the issue persists, I’d be happy to take a closer look. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for reaching out and joining our thread. I understand you’re also having an issue with printing shipping labels. Is the issue still persisting for you? 

 

If so, we’ve seen some success with printing shipping labels after clearing the browser’s cookies and caches. Alternatively, you can also try using an incognito window to see if that resolves the problem. If the shipping labels are working using incognito window, it’s possible that the issue is caused by the browser’s settings. You can also try resetting the settings and see if that resolves the issue.

Just to clarify, does the shipping labels load up normally or are you seeing an error message? Also, does the issue persist after clearing your browser's cookies and caches? If the issue persists, could you share a screenshot of the errors?

I have the same problem, I cant purchase the shipping label for an order, I tried with another order, it was fine. I tried to purchase again on another day and with another browser but it still didnt work. Please help to fix or show me how to fix it. Thank you.

I wanted to reach out to confirm if you're all seeing the same error in your admin that asks you to contact our Shipping team via email for more assistance? If so, have you each had a chance to contact our team directly about this, using the email address provided in the error message?

I’m not sure if you found the solution but if you haven’t or if someone else experiences this problem move the apt number to its correct location. That fixed it for me. Like only the street number and name should be in the address field. 122 Jones st any other information should be entered on the second line or apt or unit field. I hope this helps.

We're also having this same issue. It says it's a UPS problem - but everyone at UPS has no idea what shopify even is lol. Shopify has been no help. We've tried doing this on many different browsers and every single order is having this issue. Did anyone have a solution to this in this thread as I can't get a solution from shopify? Thanks so much in advance!!

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive further help from our Support team, and I can certainly take a closer look into this. 

To confirm, are you seeing an error message in your Shopify admin that asks you to contact our team about this via email? If so, have you had a chance to reach out to this email address yet?

If this isn't the error you're receiving when trying to purchase labels, then can you please confirm which error is showing on your end? Feel free to share a screenshot of the error, or copy and paste the text from the error message into a reply back to me here.

Hi!

I cannot seem to even be able to find a button that lets me print a shipping label. I have the option to print everything else but not the label - is this because I put my own shipping rates in? If so, I didn't realise it wouldn't then allow me to print out postage labels 😞

Thanks for reaching out and letting me know about this. 

To clarify, is your store based in Canada, the USA, or Australia, and using Shopify Shipping?

Equally, when you added your own rates, did you use flat shipping rates, or calculated shipping rates?

Being based in an eligible location, and using calculated shipping rates with Shopify Shipping should allow you the option to print shipping labels from the Shopify admin. However, if you can tell me a bit more about the rates you've added, and where you're located, I can certainly help take a closer look into things.

To clarify, are the weight and dimensions on your default package set up correctly? Also, are any errors showing on the origin address of the location the order is shipping from? These are some common factors that may cause this error to appear, so please double check these details. 

Additionally, I recommend clearing your browser cache before trying to purchase the label again, as this will help ensure the error isn't cached on your device.

I can't print packing slips or shipping labels. I've tried from my phone and my laptop. I've run tests on my printer and have printed other items without issue. I'm not getting an error message though. It just doesn't do anything.

If so, can you please confirm at what stage things stop working on your end? You mentioned that you aren't seeing any error messages, so any extra details you can share that outline the troubles you're experiencing will help me investigate this further. 

In the meantime though, please try clearing the browser cache on your laptop before trying to purchase a label again, as this may help resolve things.

Hi,

I'm having the same issue. I was printing labels just fine for about 30 packages, and before I could finish the rest, all of a sudden I got an error message that says "Your shop cannot purchase labels. Your account is being reviewed." I emailed Shopify ops and have not heard back. I need to ship these items tomorrow for a scheduled USPS pickup. 

I have tried clearing my caches and using a different browser, but neither of those routes worked. 

Help?
