Shop Disabled After 2 Days | Please Advise

Hi! I need assistance asap. I've tried reaching out to customer service many times but I've received no response. I purchased a Shopify plan, started accepting payments from customers, and then suddenly, my website became inactive after being active for 2 days. I need to get this cleared as soon as possible because I'm losing customers and money from my site being down. Is there a live chat or a way to contact a representative directly? Thank you.

Hi there @JustMediaUSA. I completely understand the impact this could have and I'm happy to share some information to help you resolve this as soon as possible.

 

Have you received any emails from Shopify about your account? Typically if there are any issues with your account the Account Owner will be emailed with more detail. If you have an email like this it would be best to reply directly to that email with any questions you have. It would go to the team with the most information to assist you.

 

If you can't find an email like that you can also contact support on this page to have someone look into your account. I'm not able to see your account information over the Shopify Community, but if you go through the steps below a Support Advisor would be able to review your account and share next steps with you.

 

You can request support by following these steps:

  1. Start on this page.
  2. Log in to your account if possible. If you can't log in you can still continue to email or chat support by clicking Continue without logging in.
  3. Select a topic most related to the question or problem you have.
  4. Review the suggested help guides and common questions or continue to the support options listed beneath the help guides.
