Shop does not answer and I didn't get my order

Hello, I bought from store called bollado.com - this store was created through shopify. I tried to contact store about my order but I don't get any replies. I didn't get my order and it has been over a month, I lost a lot of money. I would like to fill out a form about problems with order but in form they ask me to provide order confirmation link. Problem is that the shop's site from where I bought is now down so I can't get an order confirmation URL and I can't fill out a form. What should I do now?
