I have placed an order, have no way of contacting the shop as it no longer exists. 


The order confirmation link is broken so i cannot report it

I can definitely understand not receiving a product you ordered is not ideal. I'll do my best to share what next steps you can take.


Furthermore, I would like to advise that Shopify is an ecommerce platform that many businesses use to create their online store. Shopify does not operate the business on behalf of merchants. We do not manage the day-to-day tasks, sales, orders etc. However, I understand that you have attempted to contact the merchant directly to no avail.


In regard to a refund, I strongly encourage you to contact your bank/payment provider. This is because most banks have built-in security measures to protect you as a buyer, and they will be able to provide you with the appropriate next steps.
