Shop Pay Accelerated Checkout Button only populates on one of my development stores

Hi Folks,

May someone assist me in figuring out why does Shop Pay accelerated checkout works on one of my development stores but not the others?  When I browse to a checkout session Shop Pay works fine in only one of my stores.  I need to setup two stores for testing and development purposes. Has anyone run into similar behavior?  Please let me know.
