Shop Pay Function Is Not Working Regretting Recently Moving to Shopify

We moved to Shopify in Mid November 2023 Since the 15th of December the ShopPay function has been removed from our website www.designyard.com with ZERO notice. We have lost over €50,000 in our busiest period based on last years sales (on Woo Comm) We have been in constant contact with Shopify and have been lead on a merry dance, not once have we been given an actual update on the issue. I would warn anyone thinking of moving platform to Shopify to be very careful. We still after spending many hours daily since the 15th of December on the chat function have no idea why this has happened. To make things worse Shopify are holding 1,000's of euro since we moved to their platform. We do not know how to proceed and are now seeking legal advice. BEWARE BEFORE YOU MOVE TO SHOPIFY
