Shop shut down without delivery or refund

I don't own a shopify shop but I've had issues with one account and I can't find anything online on how to deal with it.

I ordered product a few weeks ago, I had been checking up on it when suddenly the site disappeared. I contacted them through their Facebook, then that was taken down. Is there anyway I can get a refund through shopify?

Thanks for your post. To share some context, Shopify is a software that merchants use to create online stores, but we're not involved with the business operations of these stores. When you place an order at a store that uses Shopify, you’re ordering directly from that business.

If the business you ordered from has become unresponsive, you should report the issue to your bank or payment provider. They can investigate the order on your behalf and dispute the charge if necessary. We have a guide on what to do if an order you placed online doesn't arrive.

On   your "guide" there is nothing relevant to the situation...the Store can not be found online anymore as if it has naver existed can not be reached..

As for my case I made a purchase last week Sunday  order was confirmed via email with order number now the store is nowhere to be found I can not get hold of them since last week I have been trying to follow up my order ..

I also placed an order on 5th September 2024 from an Instagram ad. After placing the order I received order confirmation email but now I can't contact seller or view order details. And also I can't report an order as I need to provide order link that starts with "Shopify.com" not with "sellername.com". The seller name was techhorizonstore.in. please look into this matter and let me know if there is any solution for this issue.
