Shopfy creates wrong name on invoice

Hi,

in the screenshot below, you see an order I created manually. That order was just confirmed by the customer and he has already paid. The Shipping address (green circle) is different from the billing address (red circle). 

Problem is: Shopify creates the invoices automatically. And while the invoice correctly takes the street, zip and city from the billing address (red circle), the name on the invoice is the one from the shipping address (green circle).

So, in other words: This invoice is not usable.

Why does that happen and how can I prevent that in the future?
